✈️ Are flights included?
No, flights are not included. This gives you flexibility to choose the best airline, timing, or route for you.
🚐 How do I get there?
We provide a complimentary group transfer from Verona Airport at 11:00am on Day 1 of the retreat. Private transfers can also be arranged at your own cost.
🍴 Are meals included?
Yes — all breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and light snacks are included. Meals are a mix of nourishing hotel dishes and authentic local dining experiences.

✈️ Are flights included?
No, flights are not included. Fly to Rarotonga (RAR), then take a domestic flight with Air Rarotonga to Aitutaki (AIT) — we can help organise this and suggest the best connections for your dates.
🚐 How do I get there?
Individual airport transfers are arranged around your flight times. We recommend arriving the morning of the retreat to settle in and rest before our evening opening circle.
🍴 Are meals included?
All breakfasts are included. Details about other meals (group lunches/dinners and local dining experiences) will be shared closer to the time. We can accommodate dietary needs—just let us know in advance.
