The Original Hot Yoga Sequence

Step into the heat and experience the practice that built the foundation of hot yoga.

The Original Sequence is a powerful class practiced in a heated room (around 40°C with 40% humidity) designed to support deep stretching, strength and focus. The warmth allows the body to open safely, helping muscles release tension while encouraging circulation and a deep, cleansing sweat.

The class follows a traditional sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, carefully designed to work every part of the body from the inside out. Each posture is practiced twice, allowing you to refine your alignment, connect to your breath, and deepen your awareness.

This method builds strength, flexibility and resilience while bringing the nervous system back into balance.

Whether it’s your first class or you’ve practiced for years, this sequence meets you exactly where you are. Our teachers guide you through the practice with clear instruction and supportive options so you can move safely and confidently.

Set in a heated studio, the warmth helps the body move more freely while encouraging a deep, energising sweat. Through a series of dynamic circuits, you’ll work the entire body — building strength, stability and endurance while staying connected to breath and control.

Expect a mix of lower body work, core activation and upper body sculpting using light to moderate weights. Each sequence is designed to challenge your muscles, elevate your heart rate and leave you feeling strong, balanced and energised.

BREATHE Heated Dynamic Flow

BREATHE Heated Dynamic Flow is an energising vinyasa-style class practiced in a heated studio to support deeper movement, flexibility and focus. The warmth helps the body open safely while encouraging a cleansing sweat that leaves you feeling lighter and more alive.

Classes begin by grounding into the breath before moving into a dynamic flow of postures that link movement with breath. Expect sun salutations, standing sequences, balance work and core activation designed to build strength, mobility and stamina.

This is a strong yet accessible practice that invites you to move with intention while developing awareness of the body and breath.

Our teachers offer clear guidance and supportive options so both beginners and experienced practitioners can feel confident and challenged.

BREATHE Release & Recover

BREATHE Release & Recover

Slow down, soften, and allow the body to reset.

BREATHE Release & Recover is a deeply restorative class inspired by Yin Yoga, designed to release tension, improve mobility and calm the nervous system.

In this slower-paced practice, postures are held for several minutes, allowing the body to gently open through the connective tissues, fascia and joints. The extended holds invite the muscles to relax while encouraging deeper flexibility and a profound sense of stillness.

This is a space to pause, breathe and reconnect. As the body softens, the mind begins to settle, creating the perfect environment for recovery and reflection.

Expect floor-based postures supported by props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks so you can fully relax into each shape.

Suitable for all levels, this class is the perfect complement to stronger practices and a beautiful way to unwind at the end of the day.

BREATHE Breathwork

Weekly BREATHE Candlelight Rebalance & BREATHE Candlelight Restore

Breathe deeper. Reset your nervous system. Come home to yourself.

Our breathwork sessions are a powerful practice designed to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your inner clarity.

Using guided breathing techniques, gentle somatic awareness and grounding integration, these sessions create space for emotional release, deep relaxation and renewed energy.

Breathwork has the ability to shift the body out of stress and into a state of balance — helping you feel calmer, clearer and more connected.

Whether you are completely new to breathwork or have an established practice, each session meets you exactly where you are.

BREATHE Flow & Restore

Move, soften and return to balance.

BREATHE Flow & Restore blends the dynamic energy of flowing yoga with the deeply restorative qualities of Yin-inspired stillness. This balanced class allows you to build strength and warmth before slowing down to release tension and restore the body.

The first part of the practice focuses on gentle movement and flowing sequences designed to awaken the body, improve mobility and build strength. As the class unfolds, the pace gradually slows, transitioning into longer-held postures that encourage deep release through the connective tissues and nervous system.

This combination of movement and stillness helps create a sense of equilibrium — energising the body while calming the mind.

Suitable for all levels, Flow & Restore is perfect if you enjoy both the fluidity of vinyasa and the grounding stillness of slower practices.
